    COST:

    $400 Per Team, includes 100 sporting clays, practice targets, snacks on the course, lunch, beer/soda during awards, prizes to the top team and top shooter. NOT INCLUDED: Ammunition, eye or ear protection.

    CART RENTAL:

    Contact Powder Creek Directly (first come/first serve)

    FORMAT: 5 Person Teams

    NEED TO KNOW:

    • Course Length:  1.3 miles.
    • Cart shuttles will be provided at two lengthy stretches on course.
    • You can bring your own golf cart/mule or rent onsite for $45 (first come/first served).
    • Bring your own gun.   No pistols or rifles allowed.
    • You can share guns with your teammates (make these arrangements in advance). 
    • Ammunition:  target loads only. 
    • Shot size:  7 ½ & 8 only.  Reloads are allowed.
    • You must wear protective shooting glasses and ear protection at all time on the course. 
    • Practice Range available during registration.  Cost included in registration fee.
    • No alcohol prior to shooting.

    $70 per person (PIck your entree at registration, default will be the 4 oz filet medallians)
    $310 / Half Table = 5 (Reserved)

    This event is the best celebration of the year. Our holiday luncheon is our largest fundraiser for the Electric League Scholarship Fund. $10 of each ticket is donated to the Scholarship Fund. The scholarship is available to all employees of an Electric League member and their children and grandchildren.

    >REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Tuesday, November 20th.

    >Pick your entree! This year you may choose between 4 oz filet medallions with complementary sauce or a chicken breast with complementary sauce. NOTE: If none selected default will be the filet. There are no meal substitutions after Nov. 20th. Iif someone must substitute for a previous registrant, their meal will be what was selected previously.

    >PARTICIPATE IN OUR HARVESTERS VIRTUAL FOOD DRIVE! Make a Monetary Donation to Harvesters at the Electric League's Virtual Food Drive You may shop on their site, or make a monetary donation. Due to changes at Harvesters they are no longer dropping barrels off for us to collect canned goods at our luncheon. Please do not bring canned goods to the luncheon. Please share this information with those attending. Last year over $1000 was raised! Let's top that number in 2025. Participate in our virtual food drive.
